Ocean views and starkly modern design will be the main attractions at Tel Aviv’s David Promenade, as conceived by Israel-based Feigin Architects . The 25-story residential tower is attached to the luxurious Kempinski Tel Aviv Hotel, which is scheduled to open at the end of 2013.
