In the serene landscape of Araraquara, Brazil, a 2,885-square-foot family home stands behind a brutalist concrete exterior. Created by Caio Persighini Arquitetura , Casa Patio is a two-story fusion of contemporary living with nature. From its inception, the concept of an open patio was embedded into the very core of the project. The unique topography of the terrain, with a gentle slope, inspired the home’s multi-level design, dividing it into a second floor, a semi-basement, and a social ground floor. The house seamlessly integrates spacious living areas, a gourmet kitchen, three bedroom suites, a laundry room, and a brewery, offering a harmonious blend of functionality and aesthetics.
